Designed solutions to address cultural norms influencing climate change
Current Projects
The CAP App is a conscious attempt to develop interpersonal relationships, trust, and reciprocity in our communities.
The idea behind the CAP App is that sharing our time and resources with one another will enhance our interpersonal relationships and lead communities to be more able to make collective decisions that improve everyone’s quality of life.
The inspiration for this app comes from the work of Robert Putnam’s Bowling Alone: The Collapse and Revival of the American Community, and more recently The Upswing: How America Came Together a Century Ago and How We Can Do It Again.
It also comes from climate change, an issue that requires we as humans learn to act more collectively.

What We Do
Climate Leaders Toolkit (CLT) is a for-profit company at the intersection of local government and business. We provide strategic consulting to municipalities for robust economic growth.
Our goal is to maximize the investment in climate protective infrastructure from the private sector and minimize municipal investment through improving the regulatory environment and shared infrastructure projects.
We offer solutions for improved communication as our primary focus. The major problem confronting municipalities is their inability to communicate effectively with the public regarding climate change policy.
How We Can Help
Increased economic growth will benefit local communities environmentally and enhance constituents' approval for local government leaders.
More specifically, each project will emphasize how a municipality can generate additional revenues through the implementation of one of the "tools" in the toolkit.
Examples:
Community solar that allows residents to invest in solar energy
Microgrid services for residents that benefit municipalities
Increased property values through greening and beautification
Renewing commercial spaces such as malls with beautification and green technologies
